There are alot of people who get falsely banned, my g/f and a friend in my guild both got suspended for 72 hours for bad language,

My g/f emailed the support up asking for a copy of the logs to show where she had been swearing/racist like they stated, she got an email back stating, that they had accidentally suspended the wrong account........same thing happened to the friend, both where un-suspended,

Fact is if she hadnt pushed it that would have been a mark on the account when it should never have been there in the first place, which either means that someone did a false report, or someone over at Anet HQ didnt check the logs correctly and hit the old suspend button a little to fast.

We see this all the time ingame though, i sure as hell hope by the time GW2 comes out they have a team that can monitor it a little more closely to stop this sort of thing happening.
